Annealed spring steel strip is processed via full annealing heat treatment to release internal stress of cold rolled raw stock. Compared with semi-hard and hardened strip, its internal grain structure is uniform and soft, which eliminates cracking risk during bending and deep drawing forming. We supply full range of spring steel grades for custom blanking, bending, stretching and stamping production of circlips, springs, hardware fittings and auto spare parts. Dimension tolerance strictly follows corresponding national & European standards, flexible slitting service for narrow strip.
