Product overview
DIN 2093 is German standard Belleville disc spring with conical dish structure, widely used for bolt preloading, axial buffering and anti-loose fastening in compact installation space. Produced per EN10132-4 standard from premium 65MN and C67S spring steel after integral quenching & tempering heat treatment. It features high load capacity with tiny compression stroke, adjustable stiffness via serial/parallel stacking, excellent fatigue resistance and stable elastic performance, ideal for heavy machinery, automotive, hydraulic and precision equipment assembly.
Material & Surface Treatment
English:All DIN2093 disc springs adopt 65Mn and C67S spring steel complying with EN10132-4 specification, core raw materials for conventional carbon steel disc spring.
C67S(1.1231 European spring steel): Carbon content 0.65%~0.73%, fine grain structure, stable elastic recovery after heat treatment, superior flatness, preferred for thin-spec small-size disc springs (t<3mm) with high precision demand.
65Mn domestic spring steel: Mn element enriched (0.9~1.2%Mn), outstanding hardenability and impact resistance, cost-effective, dominant for medium & thick thickness industrial disc springs, fit for heavy-load dynamic working condition.
All blanks go through stamping → quenching → tempering → shot blasting deburring full processing. Standard surface finish is phosphating for wear resistance and long-term rust prevention; optional black oxide, zinc plating per customer's requirement.
Features & Advantages
• Standard Compliance:Strictly produced per DIN2093 & EN10132-4, precise dimensional tolerance, matching standard installation inner/outer diameter and groove size.
• High Load Compact Design:Bear huge axial force with tiny compression space, save installation layout compared with ordinary coil springs.
• Flexible Combination:Single/series/parallel/mixed stacking freely adjust load and stroke, flexible to customize elastic parameters for different equipment.
• Superior Elasticity & Fatigue:65Mn/C67S after precise heat treatment, stable stiffness, long cycle service life, not easy to fatigue failure under continuous alternating vibration.
• Anti-loose & Compensation:Offset thermal expansion, component creep and assembly gap, sustain constant bolt preload to avoid connection loose from shock and temperature change.
• Diversified Surface:Standard phosphating anti-rust, optional blackening/zinc coating for different corrosive environments.
Application
DIN2093 65Mn & C67S disc springs are widely used for bolt preloading and buffering in automotive powertrain, gearbox, hydraulic cylinder, high-pressure valve, injection molding mold, engineering machinery, railway fastener, transformer busbar, wind power equipment, compressor, precision automation fixture and heavy-duty pump body, focusing on anti-loose pre-tightening and shock absorption of key bolt connections.
