DIN7979D is German standard 1:50 taper locating pin with internal thread on both ends, made of GCr15 bearing steel, quenched and tempered to hardness 58~62HRC. Precision ground to bright natural finish and coated with anti-rust oil; transition R corner is smoothly rounded without visible tool marks. Double-side inner thread allows easy pulling out from either end, ideal for blind hole and through-hole high-precision positioning.
Material & Surface Treatment
Raw material selects premium GCr15 bearing steel, fully quenched and tempered with finished hardness ranging from 58HRC to 62HRC for high hardness, wear resistance and compression resistance. Outer diameter undergoes precision centerless grinding to retain original bright steel surface without plating or blackening. All finished pins are fully daubed with anti-rust oil for rust prevention during storage and transportation. Transition R arc is uniformly rounded and smooth, free of burr and obvious turning marks.
