DIN7978 is German standard solid cylindrical pin with internal thread at one end and smooth spherical end face. Made from 40Cr alloy steel without heat treatment, precision ground to original bright surface and coated with anti-rust oil. Smooth spherical end without tool marks, internal thread enables convenient disassembly, widely used for deep-hole positioning of mechanical components.

Material & Surface Treatment

Raw material adopts 40Cr alloy steel without quenching & tempering heat treatment. Outer diameter precision grinding to retain natural bright steel finish, no plating or black oxide. All pins are fully coated with anti-rust oil for rust prevention during storage and transportation. Single end spherical surface is uniformly polished with smooth radian, free of burrs and visible tool scratches.
