DIN7979C is German standard 1:50 taper locating pin with internal thread on large end. Made of 40Cr alloy steel without heat treatment, precision ground for natural bright finish and coated with anti-rust oil. Flat neat chamfered end without obvious machining marks, internal thread enables easy pulling out, ideal for blind hole and deep hole precision positioning.

Material & Surface Treatment

Raw material is 40Cr alloy steel without quenching and tempering heat treatment. Outer circle precision ground to original bright metal surface, no plating or blackening treatment. All products are fully coated with anti-rust oil for storage & transportation rust prevention. End face and chamfer are processed uniformly to keep basic flatness, free of burrs and visible cutting scratches.
