DIN1 is German standard solid cylindrical locating pin with uniform spherical rounded ends. Made of 40Cr alloy steel without heat treatment, finished by precision centerless grinding to natural bright surface and anti-rust oil coating. Smooth surface free of tool marks, high dimensional precision for precision assembly positioning and detachable connection of mechanical parts.

Material & Surface Treatment

Raw material adopts 40Cr alloy steel, finished without quenching and tempering heat treatment. Outer diameter processed by precision grinding for bright natural metallic finish without plating or blackening. Final procedure is surface anti-rust oil coating to prevent oxidation and rust during storage and transportation. Both ends are machined into uniformly smooth spherical arc, surface free of burrs and cutting marks.
