DIN1481 is German standard heavy-duty full-slotted spring pin, structurally identical to ISO8752. Produced from high-quality 65Mn spring steel with quenching & tempering, finished by black oxide treatment. The hollow slotted design expands tightly against hole wall after press fitting to realize self-locking positioning, featuring high shear resistance, stable elasticity and basic rust protection, widely used for heavy machinery positioning and fastening.
Material & Surface Treatment
All DIN1481 pins adopt 65Mn spring steel as raw material. After overall quenching and tempering treatment, the pin gains uniform hardness, excellent toughness and outstanding anti-fatigue & shear performance. Standard surface is black oxide finishing, forming compact black anti-rust film without changing dimensional precision, improving wear resistance for ordinary indoor working conditions. Zinc plating and phosphating are available upon customer request.
