Product overview
DIN 472 is a German standard metric internal retaining ring designed for installation in internal bore grooves. Also known as bore circlip or internal snap ring, it is widely used to fix bearings, sleeves and other components inside bores to prevent axial displacement. Manufactured in compliance with EN10132-4 standard from premium 65MN, C67S spring steel and SS420 stainless steel, it features stable elasticity, high fatigue resistance and neat burr-free finish, suitable for precision mechanical and industrial equipment assembly.
Material & Surface Treatment
All DIN 472 internal circlips are fully produced in accordance with EN10132-4 industry standard. For carbon steel versions, we adopt high-quality 65MN and C67S spring steel materials. After professional integral heat treatment, the products achieve uniform hardness, excellent elastic recovery and outstanding anti-fatigue performance, with phosphating finish as the only surface treatment to enhance wear resistance and long-term rust prevention. For stainless steel versions, we use premium SS420 stainless steel, processed with strict burr-free finishing technology, featuring smooth flawless surface, high hardness and good corrosion resistance, meeting the assembly requirements of precision equipment and harsh working environments.
Features & Advantages
•Standard Compliance:Strictly manufactured per DIN 472 and EN10132-4 standards, precise dimensional tolerance, perfectly matched with standard bore grooves.
•Superior Elasticity:Made of professional spring steel, with strong toughness and excellent anti-fatigue performance, no deformation or loosening after long-term dynamic operation.
•Precision Finish:Carbon steel with phosphating anti-rust treatment; SS420 stainless steel with burr-free smooth surface, suitable for precision assembly.
•Space-Saving & Efficient:Compact integrated structure replaces traditional limiting structures, saves installation space, and supports fast assembly and disassembly.
•Stable Performance:Reliable limiting effect under high-speed rotation, vibration and alternating load conditions, strong environmental adaptability.
Application
DIN 472 internal circlips are widely used for internal fixing of mechanical bores in automotive equipment, motorcycle accessories, gearboxes, reduction motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pump bodies, compressors, engineering machinery, household appliances and precision automation devices, mainly used to lock bearings, inner sleeves and other internal transmission components.
