Product overview

Hardened heat treated strip is cold rolled raw material processed with professional quenching heat treatment to obtain target hardness and stable elastic performance. We provide two surface crafts as option: blued anti-rust finish or polished descaled bright surface. Different from annealed & semi-soft strip, the finished strip already owns finalized mechanical property, customers can directly punch circlips, springs and elastic fittings without extra heat treatment, greatly shortening production cycle.

Material & Executive Standard

Same corresponding GB/EN standard for each steel grade; full quenched heat treatment to customized hardness, two optional surfaces:
1.Blued strip: uniform blue oxide anti-rust finish;
2.Polished strip: remove surface oxide layer after quenching for smooth bright polished surface; thickness 0.15~3.0mm, custom slit width available.
