ISO 8752 is international standard heavy-duty slotted spring pin (equivalent to DIN1481 & GB/T879.1), hollow cylinder with full-length axial straight slot and double-end chamfer, widely used for component positioning and anti-loose connection. Made of premium 65Mn spring steel with integral quenching & tempering, finished by black oxide treatment. It generates continuous radial expansion force after pressing into mounting holes for self-locking fixing, featuring strong shear resistance, stable elasticity and rust-proof black finish, widely applied in mechanical assembly, automotive and hydraulic equipmentISO.

Raw Material Performance:65Mn features excellent hardenability, uniform internal grain after overall quenching and tempering, high tensile strength and outstanding fatigue resistance, perfect for heavy-duty repeated dynamic assembly requirements.
Surface Finish: Standard black oxide (blackening) treatment via high-temperature alkaline oxidation, forming compact black anti-rust film on pin surface without dimension change; improves wear resistance and short-term anti-corrosion capacity, low friction during press fitting, cost-effective for general dry & indoor working conditions.
Custom surface options including phosphating, zinc plating available per client’s demand.
